Details of the Job/Internship

IPRinn is looking for candidate for the position of Junior Lawyer with experience of 1 year.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Providing legal advice to clients
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Collaborating with other members of the legal team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 1 years of experience as a Litigation Executive or similar role
• Admitted to practice law in India
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
