Details of the Job/Internship

IPRinn Associates is hiring Junior Lawyers (freshers) to join its Bengaluru office. The role involves assisting in intellectual property litigation and enforcement matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, notices, and applications, preparing case files, managing filings and deadlines, and assisting in court proceedings and actions before IP authorities. Selection for the position is subject to successful completion of a mandatory two-month unpaid assessment internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in IP litigation and enforcement matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, notices, and applications.
• Prepare and manage case files, filings, and deadlines.
• Assist in court proceedings and matters before IP authorities.
• Coordinate with clients and review evidence and documents.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and commit to professional learning.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
