Details of the Job/Internship
IPRinn Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting IP litigation and enforcement matters through legal research, drafting pleadings and notices, preparing case files, and assisting with IP enforcement actions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research for IP litigation and enforcement matters.
- Draft pleadings, notices, and other legal documents.
- Prepare case files and manage filings and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients and review documents and evidence.
- Assist in contentious trademark and patent matters before courts and IP authorities.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in intellectual property laws, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design protection.
- Knowledge of litigation processes and ability to prepare related documentation.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Skills in managing client relationships and coordinating on IP enforcement actions.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
