Jupitice Justice Technologies is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer to join their Chandigarh office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling cases related to Conciliation and Arbitration
• Correspond to the legal and other queries of parties, neutrals, and clients for smooth online dispute resolution through emails.
• Documentation and sharing of draft Notices, Arbitral awards, Statements of Claims, applications, etc, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
• Scheduling of hearing as part of Conciliation & Arbitration proceedings.
• Preparation and updation of various sheets from time to time-related to Conciliation and arbitration status, payment of fees for neutrals, arbitration fees for parties, etc.
• Raising of invoices related to payments for arbitration and conciliation fees.
• Several other ADR-related research and new judgments.
