Details of the Job/Internship
Juristech Legal & Partners is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting senior lawyers in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Attending various courts for all follow-up cases, including those in the High Court.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Assisting in case preparations, including reviewing documents and preparing case summaries.
- Attending client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Collaborating with the legal team on case strategies and legal opinions.
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Staying updated on changes in laws and judicial decisions relevant to the firm's practice areas.
