Eligibility
Candidates must have prior experience in the corporate and commercial litigation sector and possess the necessary qualifications to join a long-standing association that meets the following criteria:
- Excellent knowledge of insolvency law, companies act, tax law, arbitration law, etc.
- Basic proficiency in writing writs, petitions, appeals, service of plan documents, replies, and rejoinders.
- A strong commitment to learning.
