Details of the Job/Internship
Lawcom is looking for candidates for the position of Junior Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Representation before the High Court of Kerala and other judicial fora.
- Draft legal pleadings, including writ petitions, counter affidavits, appeals, and more.
- Comprehensive legal research.
- Preparation of case summaries and updates
- Assisting client meetings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent drafting and pleading skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (a plus).
