Details of the Job/Internship
LegMed Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Lawyer with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Review contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advice to support the organization’s operations.
- Assist in dispute resolution.
- Stay updated on healthcare laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and valid enrollment with a Bar Council.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of legal principles with experience in contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in legal research, documentation, and drafting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare law and sector-specific regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
