Details of the Job/Internship

LEXEOS is hiring a Junior Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Pune. The position involves assisting with legal research, drafting documents, preparing case briefs, supporting litigation and advisory matters, and coordinating with clients and senior attorneys.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Prepare case briefs and support litigation and advisory work.
• Review agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Draft legal notices and assist in developing case strategy.
• Liaise with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys.
• Ensure timely submission of legal documents and case preparation.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting agreements, and preparing case briefs.
• Attention to detail and ability to draft notices and compliance documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• LLB or equivalent degree; Bar Council of Maharashtra enrollment preferred.
• Prior experience in a law firm, especially in litigation or corporate advisory, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools is beneficial.

Salary/Stipend
