Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in legal research, case preparation, and documentation.
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings.
• Review and draft legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Provide support in corporate legal matters.

Eligibility

• A degree in law from a recognized institution.
• Enrolment with the Karnataka State Bar Council.
• Strong interest in litigation, real estate, and general corporate law.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
