Details of the Job/Internship
LIMERES is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on inheritance and estate-related regulations in Argentina.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to probates, wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Support client consultations and provide legal assistance under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation efficiently in a remote work environment.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting/documentation.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in estate planning, probate law, wills, and trusts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (additional legal certifications are a plus)..
- Prior experience in international law or working with English-speaking clients is an advantage.
