Manek & Legal Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Junior Lawyer will assist in drafting contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents. The role includes conducting legal research, preparing case summaries, and supporting negotiations and litigation processes. The candidate will collaborate with senior attorneys, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and maintain organised documentation of cases and legal correspondence.

Eligibility

- Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and case management.
