Clients are primarily international, and services are delivered in both Italian and English.
Details of the Job/Internship
MG Law Firm is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer (English-speaking) with at least 2 years of professional experience to support senior lawyers in advising international clients, with a focus on real estate transactions and corporate law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, notarial deeds, and legal documents in Italian and English.
- Conduct legal research on Italian civil and corporate matters.
- Support real estate due diligence including land registry, cadastral, and compliance checks.
- Prepare client communications, memoranda, and advisory notes in English.
- Coordinate with notaries, accountants, and external professionals.
- Participate in client meetings and calls with international clients.
- Assist with immigration and visa applications.
- Ensure compliance with firm standards, ethical rules, and confidentiality obligations.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent) from an Italian or European university.
- Enrolled in the Bar Association as a lawyer with at least 2 years of experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Interest in real estate or international private law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
