MG LEGAL is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Advocate will be responsible for drafting and handling testamentary matters, real estate matters, research & representing clients in the High Court of Bombay, specializing in civil matters, estate planning, and non-litigation cases.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of civil law, estate planning, and trusts.
• Proven experience in representing clients in courts and legal proceedings.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend
