 Naukripay is hiring a Junior lawyer to join their office in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal advice: Providing legal advice to clients, including explaining legal issues and advising on options during legal proceedings
• Representing clients: Representing clients in court, prosecuting or defending their causes
• Drafting and reviewing contracts: Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and advising clients on how to minimize legal risks
• Financial tasks: Balancing ledgers, billing clients, and understanding tax laws
• Setting legal strategy: As the highest-ranking lawyer at a company, the general counsel sets the company's legal strategy
