Pecuniã Innovations® is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for legal drafting, documentation, agreements, and finalizations.
• They will also provide legal assistance in areas such as GST, Income Tax, RBI, PMLA, and Companies Act.
• Additionally, the Junior Lawyer will support with trademarks, patents, and other legal matters.

Eligibility

• Legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience in GST, Income Tax, RBI, and Companies Act.
• Trademark and patent knowledge.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field.

Salary/Stipend
