Details of the Job/Internship

PK & Co. Advocates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join our Ernakulam office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Draft legal documents, petitions, and agreements.
• Assist senior lawyers in litigation and arbitration matters.
• Attend court hearings, tribunals, and client consultations.
• Manage case files, maintain documentation, and ensure procedural compliance.
• Provide litigation support and coordinate with external stakeholders when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with Bar Membership.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in attending hearings and litigation support preferred.
• Knowledge of local and national legal procedures.
• Familiarity with legal software and case management tools.
• Exposure to Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Consulting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
