Details of the Job/Internship

PNK Legal LLP is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Ernakulam.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Interpret laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations under supervision.
• Collaborate with the legal team on case preparation and legal strategy development.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council and relevant professional certifications.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting, writing, and proofreading legal documents.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and mediation processes.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with local and national legal systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in legal software and standard office tools is advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
