Details of the Job/Internship
PVS Giridhar & Sai Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer with experience of3 Months to 1.5 years to join their office in Kilpauk, Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics and case laws.
- Prepare summaries of research findings for senior counsel.
- Assist the Senior Advocate in case preparation and the development of legal strategies.
- Manage case briefs and maintain all relevant legal documents.
- Stay updated on current legal trends and legislative changes.
- Support the office in ensuring high levels of accuracy in all filings and reports.
Eligibility
- Law degree (3-year or 5-year) from an accredited law school.
- Freshly enrolled lawyer with 3 months to 1.5 years of litigation experience.
- Strong aptitude for legal research and prior experience in drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Commitment to accuracy and a process-oriented mindset.
