Details of the Job/Internship

S.J Law Office & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting, court assistance, and client communication. The position also includes supporting senior advocates, analysing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
• Prepare case briefs and draft legal documents.
• Assist in court proceedings.
• Manage client communications.
• Support senior advocates in legal matters.
• Analyse legal issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and case law analysis skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
• Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal software and document management tools.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council and an LL.B. degree or equivalent.
• Prior internship or work experience in a legal environment is advantageous.
