Sachin P. Kumar & Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Pune. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in hearings. The Junior Lawyer will engage with authorities, investigation agencies, and adjudicating bodies, and assist in preparing responses for legal notices and assessments. The role also includes maintaining case files, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting senior associates with litigation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings before authorities and adjudicating bodies.
• Assist in preparing responses for legal notices, assessments, and faceless proceedings.
• Engage with authorities, investigation agencies, and courts.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Support senior associates with litigation and related tasks.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Competence in legal procedures and familiarity with presenting cases before adjudicating authorities or courts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively under supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience or internship in litigation or economic law sectors is a plus.
• Proficient use of legal research databases and tools.
