Details of the Job/Internship

Samruddha Resources Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Jr Lawyer with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in handling legal documentation, compliance matters, and coordination with external counsel and government authorities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case laws.
• Assist in legal proceedings, due diligence, and case file management.
• Liaise with external counsel and government departments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised university or institute.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or litigation.
• Proficiency in English and a local language such as Marathi or Hindi.
• Strong research skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Salary/Stipend
