Details of the Job/Internship
Sevakh Global is hiring for the position of junior lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join them in their Kochi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Represent clients in high court and lower court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to identify relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Document Drafting: Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
- Case Management: Assist senior lawyers in managing caseloads, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and tracking deadlines.
- Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of legal matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including senior lawyers, paralegals, and other team members.
Eligibility
- Experience in Criminal Law & Cyber Law.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in handling criminal cases and cyber law matters.
- LLB degree and Bar Council registration.
