Details of the Job/Internship

Sevakh Global is hiring a Junior Lawyer with 1–4 years of litigation experience to join its team in Kochi (Ernakulam). This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting, court support, client coordination, and collaboration with senior legal professionals while ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and analyse case laws, statutes, and legal precedents.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and petitions.
• Assist in court proceedings and support litigation matters.
• Prepare case strategies, briefs, and summaries.
• Liaise with clients and maintain timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on assigned matters.
• Ensure adherence to legal procedures and statutory requirements.

Eligibility

• L.L.B or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
• Mandatory enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 1–4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, contracts, and petitions.
• Familiarity with litigation processes, court procedures, and case management.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in dispute resolution or mediation is preferred.
• Preference for candidates from Ernakulam District.

Salary/Stipend
