S.K. Legal Firm is hiring a Junior Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position at its office in Bhagalpur. The role involves supporting senior lawyers, handling legal research and drafting, and assisting in client representation under supervision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify key legal issues.
• Draft legal documents and prepare professional reports.
• Assist senior lawyers with case preparation.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when assigned and under supervision.
• Provide legal advice to clients under supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Prior internship or work experience in a legal environment is preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional conduct.

Salary/Stipend
