Details of the Job/Internship

Swasti Legal Alliance is hiring for the position of a Junior Lawyer with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in customs-related matters, including detention, seizure, adjudication, and appeals. 
• Appear before customs authorities, tribunals, and other legal forums. 
• Draft legal documents, responses, and petitions related to customs law. 
• Advise clients on import/export regulations, duty structures, and compliance issues. 
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders for case resolutions. 

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university. 
• 0-3 years of experience in customs law and litigation. 
• Great Negotiation skills and proficiency in english.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Act, 1962, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA, COFEPOSA, NDPS and allied laws. 
• Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent matters at IGI Airport even at odd hours.

Salary/Stipend
