Details of the Job/Internship
Tcgswamy & Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Kochi. This is a full-time on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Assist in court preparations and case hearings.
- Handle client consultations and maintain case files.
- Provide legal support to senior counsels and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required.
- Enrollment in or completion of the Bar Council examination is mandatory.
- Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and case analysis skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Knowledge of IPR, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law is beneficial.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.
