Tcgswamy & Associates was founded in 1991 by Adv. T.C. Govindaswamy in Kochi. What began as a practice focused on the Central Administrative Tribunal and the High Court of Kerala has evolved into a full-service litigation firm. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Tcgswamy & Associates is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal pleadings, petitions, contracts, and opinions across civil, criminal, IPR, and contract law matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to support ongoing litigation.
• Attend and support court hearings, filings, and client meetings.
• Liaise with clients and external counsels under the guidance of senior lawyers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case files.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. from a recognized institution; enrollment with a State Bar Council.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Criminal, IPR, Family, and Contract Law.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and writing abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in litigation, court proceedings, or internships in similar roles is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a litigation-focused legal practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
