Details of the Job/Internship

Yash N Nanavaty Nanavaty Advocates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time on-site role involving assistance in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing client cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
• Manage client cases and maintain case records.
• Prepare case materials and attend court proceedings.
• Provide support to senior lawyers in handling legal matters.
• Engage in case analysis and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain communication with clients and assist in case-related coordination.

Eligibility

• Strong abilities in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Proven skills in legal research and analysing case laws.
• Experience in providing client advisory and handling case communications.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools and familiarity with relevant local and national laws.
• Ability to work independently while effectively supporting and communicating with a legal team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• Enrolment or membership with the Bar Council of India is an advantage.
• Prior experience or internships in law firms or legal practice.
