Details of the Job/Internship

Nayara Energy is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel with 4–6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department to join their team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review various commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Support the legal team in litigation and arbitration matters.
• Assist in due diligence and transaction documentation for M&A deals.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience with commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, commercial letters, and agreements.
• Exposure to litigation and arbitration support.
• Experience in conducting legal due diligence and reviewing transaction documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
