Details of the Job/Internship

AE Square Im-Migration Services is currently seeking a Junior Legal Advisor/Consultant to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors to provide legal counsel and support to clients navigating the immigration process.

Role and Responsibilities

• Guidance: Provide expert proper guidance to clients on immigration process, regulations, and visa application processes.
• Case Management: Manage and oversee immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring all documentation and procedures are accurate and in compliance with relevant operation & process.
• Client Representation: Represent clients in immigration hearings, interviews, and other proceedings, advocating for their interests and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Legal Research: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice to clients and colleagues.
• Job Application & Research: Need to have idea about International Job Market & Portal Applications.
• Documentation Review: Thoroughly review and analyze client documentation, identifying potential issues and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the status of their cases, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other legal professionals and consultants within the firm to develop effective strategies for clients

Eligibility

• Licensed to practice law in [State/Country].
• Fresher to 2/3 years of experienced ( Female).
• Candidates are Practicing under senior lawyers or associates, Can Apply
• Knowledge of an Immigration Law, with a focus & updates on various immigration laws and visa application processes.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Salary/Stipend

₹20,000/month - ₹40,000/month
