Details of the Job/Internship
Apave International is hiring a Junior Legal Advisor with experience of at least 5 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor implementation of Group legal procedures across subsidiaries.
- Manage updating and uploading of legal documentation on legal software platforms.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, partnership, tender, and intra-group agreements.
- Ensure use and update of Group-approved contract templates and general terms.
- Review real estate lease agreements.
- Assist in corporate governance matters including board and general meetings.
- Handle ROC filings, statutory registers, and legal formalities.
- Prepare and renew powers of attorney and delegations of authority.
- Support pre-litigation, litigation, and insurance portfolio management.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law, with CS as an added advantage.
- Specialisation in business law, contract law, company law, or international law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, preferably in an international group.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional matters in a multicultural environment.
