Details of the Job/Internship
GP Strategies Corporation is looking for a candidate to hire for the position of Junior Legal Analyst /Paralegal - Contract Review and Data Cataloging, to join their Chennai Office, with experience of at least 2 to 5 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze various types of contracts for completeness and key terms.
- Catalog data from contracts into a spreadsheet for use by various business teams.
- Prepare and modify legal documents as needed.
- Interface with Legal, Finance, and Business Units to perform tasks.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and understand assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and the English language.
Eligibility
A qualified law degree or 2-5 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal administrator.
