Details of the Job/Internship

Delight Eco Farms is hiring for the position of Junior Legal Assistant with experience of 1-3 years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist lawyers in real estate transactions, ensuring all legal documents are prepared and executed accurately and timely.
2. Conduct thorough legal research on real estate laws and regulations to inform legal strategies and decision-making.
3. Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval of information when needed.
4. Facilitate effective communication between clients and the legal team to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
5. Oversee the submission of legal filings and documents, adhering to all regulatory and procedural requirements.
6. Support the legal team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
7. Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Monitor legal updates in real estate to anticipate changes and adapt legal strategies accordingly.

Salary/Stipend
