Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Warriors is hiring for the position of Junior Legal Associate ( Litigation) with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities in support of litigation cases.
• Draft legal pleadings, petitions, notices, applications, and other court-related documents.
• Conduct in-de.pth legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and analysis.
• Assist senior attorneys in litigation strategy, hearings, and client meetings.
• Maintain and organize case files, records, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders for case preparation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council and have cleared the AIBE.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in litigation (freshers with strong internships may apply).
• Solid understanding of Indian legal systems, procedures, and court practices.
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Hindi typing is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
