Details of the Job/Internship
ContractDesk is hiring a Junior Legal Associate (Contracts) to join their office in the Greater Delhi Area. This is a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, analysing legal documents, identifying potential risks, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance, and providing clients with guidance on contractual matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts.
- Analyse legal documents and identify risks.
- Conduct research on legal topics.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Provide contractual guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to refine services and tailor solutions based on client needs
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of law and expertise in legal document preparation.
- Proficiency in analytical skills for reviewing, interpreting, and drafting contracts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of handling legal issues, including contract disputes and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience with startups, SMEs, or corporate legal teams is a plus.
