Details of the Job/Internship

Soliman, Hashish & Partners is hiring a Junior Legal Associate (Corporate Governance) with 1 to 2 years to join their office in Cairo.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of Legal Corporate experience in Egypt.
• Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
• Ability to produce bilingual legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Good communication, time management skills, research, analytical and writing skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues.
• Solid computer skills in using Microsoft Word.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
