Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant (Trainee) with 1+ year of experience or fresh graduates to join their office in Noida. The role involves undergoing training in global legal processes across jurisdictions such as the U.S., U.K., Australia, Europe, and Canada, with exposure to LPO work and international legal frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, discoveries, complaints, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation.
• Manage pre- and post-litigation processes.
• Draft, review, and vet litigation documents.
• Perform legal and administrative tasks, including document review and case management.
• Understand and apply laws across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., U.K., Australia, Europe, and Canada.
• Collaborate on cases involving international legal frameworks.
• Manage calendaring, scheduling, and legal deadlines.
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in litigation or fresh graduates can apply.
• Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Civil Law, and Contract Management preferred.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Salary/Stipend
