Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Warriors is hiring a Junior Legal Associate (Litigation) for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi. The Junior Legal Associate will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, appearing in court, drafting pleadings and motions, and supporting senior attorneys in litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
- Appear in court.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Support senior attorneys in litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in law and legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support senior attorneys.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) is required.
- Bar Council registration and AIBE clearance.
- Proficiency in Hindi typing.
