Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Warriors is hiring a Junior Legal Associate (Litigation) to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in the preparation of legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal issues. The role also includes appearing in court, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and supporting senior attorneys in litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
- Appear in court proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide support to senior attorneys in various litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Bar Council registration and AIBE must be cleared.
- Strong foundation in law and legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support senior attorneys.
- Knowledge of Hindi typing.
