Details of the Job/Internship

JURAL® is hiring a Legal Associate – Research to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indirapuram. The role is desk-based and involves legal research, drafting, litigation support, and creation of legal awareness content in both Hindi and English. The position requires close involvement in research-driven legal work and public legal education initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and legal developments.
• Draft and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including commercial and startup-related agreements.
• Assist in drafting internal policies, compliance policies, and startup governance documents.
• Prepare simplified legal explainers, articles, and scripts for YouTube videos for public legal awareness.
• Assist in court preparation, legal briefs, case summaries, and note drafting.
• Track and analyse judgments, amendments, circulars, and regulatory trends, especially in securities and commercial laws.
• Support legal work related to startups, including documentation, compliance frameworks, and policy structuring.
• Contribute actively to the firm’s mission of accessible and responsible legal education.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Strong legal drafting and writing skills.
• Experience or keen interest in contract drafting, vetting, and policy formulation.
• Genuine interest in legal research, litigation support, and legal content creation.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a simple and practical manner for non-lawyers.
• High level of commitment, discipline, and professional work ethic.

Salary/Stipend
