NinexLegal is hiring a Junior Legal Associate (Freshers only) and a Senior Legal Associate (Experienced in Title Search Reports) to join their office in Noida. The role focuses on legal documentation in the mortgage industry, particularly drafting Title Search Reports for real estate transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the drafting of Title Search Reports for real estate transactions.
- Assist title companies, banks, NBFCs, and lenders in ensuring legal clarity in property dealings.
- Gain exposure to industry tools, quality standards, and best practices.
- Participate in training and performance-based evaluations.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in real estate law, title verification, and non-litigation legal work.
