Details of the Job/Internship
IThum Group is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Sector 62, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in due diligence for land/property transactions and review RERA-related documents.
- Draft and vet MOUs, LOIs, Lease Deeds, SPAs, and other real estate documents.
- Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and finance teams for governance matters.
- Stay updated on legal regulations and prepare monthly legal updates.
- Support litigation including drafting suits, legal notices, and reviewing IBC resolution plans.
- Prepare internal legal briefs and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university (Bar enrolment in 2022).
- 2–3 years’ experience in commercial real estate (in-house or law firm).
- Knowledge of Contract Law, RERA, IBC, Companies Act, and Real Estate laws.
- Must be fluent in reading and writing Hindi.
