Details of the Job/Internship
JetSynthesys is hiring Junior Legal Associate with the experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, review, vetting and complete execution of all kinds of agreements and legal documents for gaming, entertainment, software development, applications including without limitation various contracts, notices, NOCs, inter-company agreements, terms of service and other necessary documents.
- Assist in conducting Legal Due Diligence for the Company, and aid with suggestions on conduct and drafting of the reports.
- Independently conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles with respect to various business ventures and jurisdictions as and when required and continuously keep up with laws in the jurisdictions in which we conduct business.
- Maintaining and filing documents in the electronic filing system and creating and maintaining trackers thereof and well as assistance in implementing the CLM company wide.
- Assist in administrative support for the legal team if and when required.
Eligibility
- BBA/ BA/ BLS/ B.Com LL.B: First Class or Higher Second.
- 2-4 years of relevant legal contracts experience at renowned companies, corporate houses or law firms.
- LLM is good to have.
- Proven proficient and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with a confident personality.
- Experience in using software for CLM.
- Strong IT skills and proven proficiency in using MS Office without any assistance.
- Go-getter attitude and motivation to learn and develop.
