Kashyap Partners & Associates LLP is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with experience of 0 years (2026 graduates) to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct extensive legal research on domestic and international statutes.
- Analyze complex legal cases to provide actionable insights.
- Assist senior associates and partners in managing ongoing legal issues and filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless legal support across jurisdictions.
- Interact with external stakeholders to facilitate compliance and project progress.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with relevant Indian and US regulations.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B or J.D. equivalent).
- New Law Graduate graduating in the year 2026.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments.
