Details of the Job/Internship
Mtalkz Mobility Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves supporting contracts and government tender processes, with a focus on contract review, drafting, and compliance-related documentation. Candidates with only litigation or court-related experience should not apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and vet contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, revise, and maintain corporate agreements and legal documents.
- Support government tender processes, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contracts and tender submissions.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant corporate legal experience (internship or full-time) may apply.
- Hands-on experience in drafting and preparing corporate contracts and agreements.
- Knowledge of contract law and basic understanding of government tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including Track Changes.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
