Details of the Job/Internship

Mtalkz Mobility Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Junior Legal Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and vetting contracts for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support drafting, revising, and maintaining corporate agreements and legal documents.
• Contribute to documentation and compliance for government tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contracts and tenders.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 6–12 months of relevant exposure (internship/training in corporate legal work).
• Basic understanding of contract law and government tender processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (especially Track Changes).
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary/Stipend
