The role involves handling matters before the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench), Sessions Court, Commercial Court, Consumer Forums, Rent Tribunal and DRT.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions, applications and pleadings.
- Court appearances and case assistance.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case materials.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of practical litigation experience.
- Well-versed with court proceedings, filings and appearances.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Proactive, responsible and court-ready professional.
