Details of the Job/Internship

RERA Easy is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Review case files, gather evidence, and prepare trial materials.
• Attend court hearings, take notes, and assist in the preparation of legal arguments.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide updates on case progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Admission to the Bar or eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of litigation and non-litigation procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
