Details of the Job/Internship

Sachin P. Kumar & Associates is hiring a Junior Legal Associate to join their office in Pune. The role includes a 6 months training period followed by 1 year compulsory service, offering court exposure, including appearances and proceedings, ITAT exposure, exposure to various government departments, hands-on experience on live files, and High Court exposure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on live files with hands-on experience.
• Attend court proceedings and gain court exposure, including ITAT and High Court.
• Engage with various government departments and authorities.
• Assist in matters relating to Income Tax, GST, PMLA, EPF, Benami, and other economic laws.

Eligibility

LL.B. / LL.M. graduates.

Salary/Stipend
